TPE Overview

The Terminal Properties Exchange facilitates the trading of properties without incurring the cost of 3rd party brokerage services.

TPE was founded, in 1971 by trucking companies’ real estate and construction management personnel, for the express purpose of promoting and improving communications between motor carriers regarding terminal facilities.

It promotes the public acceptance for the need and uses of motor carrier properties. Further, the organization provides a forum for continued information and education to its members through its website and its annual meeting conferences.

TPE has been in existence since 1971 and is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected from the membership.

The Board currently consists of members from Southeastern Freight Lines, Old Dominion freight Lines, ABF Freight System, Schneider National, Inc., Con-way Transportation Services, Realterm NAT, Estes Express Lines and New England Motor Freight. In addition a growing, diverse group of product and service Vendors provide support to the organization.
